Described by clients as "easy to talk to", "non-threatening" and "down to earth", I love being a counsellor and can't imagine doing anything else. I am in private practice on the west coast of British Columbia, where I get to see the beautiful mountains and ocean every day. Counselling modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Use of Self.

How I work
I have practiced as a counsellor over the past 25+ years in Barrie, ON, for a year in Tuktoyaktuk, NT, and in British Columbia since 2010. I have become convinced over the years that "what you believe is what will be". Many people are unaware of their deeply-held beliefs which may be causing life dissatisfaction. I enjoy supporting clients on their journey of uncovering these problematic beliefs so they can make conscious choices about what they choose to believe.
